Liver – Liver can contain a lot of vitamin A (which can harm your baby), so please avoid eating liver.
Vitamin A – It is prohibited at pregnancy time (including carrots, and multivitamins with vitamin A)
Meat – Pregnant women are only allowed to eat ‘well-done’ meat. Meat with traces of pink or blood is prohibited.
Eggs – Only cooked eggs are allowed in pregnancy time; undercooked and raw eggs are prohibited (including mayonnaise).
Carrots – Carrots are prohibited because they contain a lot of vitamin A.
Fruits – Among fruits to avoid in this period, papaya and pineapple can bring on early labor.
